Suppliers

Add suppliers under Suppliers, then pick each product's preferred supplier in its editor (Stock and reordering).

Risk level

The Risk Level column scores each supplier from its purchase orders that have come due. A purchase order is due on its expected date, or, if it has none, the date it was submitted plus the supplier's lead time. It counts as late if it was received in full more than a day after that, and as overdue if it's still open a day after that. The score (0-100, higher is riskier) weighs how many came late or are overdue and by how many days: 0-30 is Low Risk, 31-60 Medium Risk, over 60 High Risk. Until a purchase order comes due the column says No history. Drafts and cancelled purchase orders don't count.

Risk Analysis in a supplier's menu shows the score, the share that came on time, and can ask the AI for suggestions. AI Insights flags the same high-risk suppliers with the same score.

Purchase orders

Purchasing → New purchase order.

  1. Draft: add products, quantities and costs.
  2. Submit when you place the order: the quantities show as incoming stock.
  3. Receive when goods arrive: everything at once, or just what came. Stock goes up and incoming goes down. A PO can be received over several deliveries.
  4. Cancel a draft or ordered PO that hasn't received anything.

Reorder suggestions

Purchasing → Reorder suggestions lists products whose available plus incoming stock is at or below their reorder point, with a suggested quantity: the product's reorder quantity, or if none is set, enough to reach twice the reorder point. Create draft POs makes one draft purchase order per preferred supplier for you to check and submit; products without a preferred supplier are skipped.
